Installation: Each cover comes with comprehensive installation instructions. The package includes four main cover pieces, bolts, screws for assembly, and wall screws for mounting. Assemble the cover pieces using the provided hardware, insert screws into the wall at your chosen location, and mount the cover securely.
Accessing Your Battery: To view your entire battery, simply lift upwards until the mounting screws align with the keyhole and pull. This removes the whole cover, allowing unobstructed access for maintenance.

These covers look sharp on the wall and serve the purpose well. Communication with the staff at Sunny Ridge has always been very prompt and on the one occasion a cover was slightly damaged a partial refund was offered and delivered with similar haste. Would recommend. 5*
Installed this cover on an LG RESU10H. Including build time for this and an inverter cover it took me about 2 hours. Really happy with the quality of the finish and the ease of adding a removable cover.

Easy install & perfect fit for my 24kw battery system
Simple to assemble & fix
The cover seems good quality and was easy to assemble. Unfortunately the digitally rendered image on the website is misleading, as the ventilation gap on the sides of the cover is made to look quite narrow and close to the wall, when in actual fact this gap is very large (as you can see when comparing my photo to the website image for the same cover). I had opted for a larger cover thinking the additional height could then cover other electrical components in addition to the battery, but because of these large side openings, it has left my battery quite exposed, and I would have bought the smaller size had I known this. I'd recommend the company update its website images with photos of the actual product.
Your order was held up on delivery to my address I haven’t been able to get it put together yet as I’m away at the moment but I’m sure it will be great as I have your inverter covers in the same colour and I would highly recommend you to anyone I have neighbours about to put in solar system so I will recommend you to them cheers Carolyn

Damaged cover
Covers are great, they came as advertised and expected. They do their job and protect from direct sun while providing ventilation. Pretty easy to install too as long as you line up your measurements.
Arrived after a small delay (but was kept informed of progress re delivery). The cover was extremely easy to put together and fit. Looks great, and does the job!

The product itself is has been well received. Unfortunately it did not come with instructions for assembly. Emailed your office the day after and still waiting for instructions to arrive!. I assume that this would have given ground clearance details etc., for a 24 kW battery.Noted on our order that the estimated delivery date was 16 July. We then called Couriers Please to arrange alternative delivery to one of their drop off points as it would be unlikely we would be home within the delivery time required on that date. This regrettably did not happen and we arrived home to goods on our doorstep

You may wish to tell people who have 2 batteries to consider how far apart they are. My batteries are a foot apart, so I had to hang two shades on 6 hooks, not 8.
Was easy to erect & does job of protecting our batteries well.
Over all both the inverter cover and the battery cover seem to be good products . What size Allen key fits the bolts you provide . They don’t seem to be a metric size. Also the instructions for assembling the battery cover seemed to be wrong . It says the top piece fits on the inside of the front cover flange but it doesn’t . It only seemed to fit on the outside.
Sturdy and well-constructed cover. I thought it would provide more protection from tampering, so I was a little disappointed. I'd suggest a grill of some sort on the open sides to allow for airflow but to restrict physical access to the ports & switches on the top left corner of the Sigenergy battery.
great product. Some instructions could have been useful. Then I wouldn't have had to measure the mounting hole locations. And I would have put it together correctly the first time. Dave Kelly.
Great solid product that is easy to install. Only consideration would be to make it a little deeper. You need to have the battery unit flush against the wall for it to fit perfectly. We needed to add a small extra piece to secure it to the wall as the battery needed to be offset due to the corrugations in the wall paneling.

Do your covers suit my solar inverter, battery or my space?
Our solar inverter covers are designed to suit most solar inverters. Please check your solar inverter dimensions and compare them with the inverter cover dimensions found on the product page before making a purchase. When reviewing the inverter or battery cover dimensions, you should try to maintain a minimum clearance between the cover and your inverter or battery of 30mm. This is to allow for airflow and heat dissipation.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are generally processed the same day with delivery dates varying according to your location. Once you order has been booked for collection, you will receive a tracking email that includes an estimated delivery date. We have standard and express delivery options to choose from during checkout. Standard delivery can take anywhere from two up to nine days depending on your location. Express delivery can take 1-4 days depending on your location.
How much does postage cost?
Postage varies depending on the product and how many of them you order. For solar inverter covers and our universal battery cover, the postage cost is a flat $40 across Australia for one and $75 for two. For Tesla Powerwall covers, the postage cost is $75 for one cover and $115 for two covers.
How can I access my inverter or battery once the cover is installed?
Our inverter covers have a front panel that can be opened. To view your inverter, simply remove the thumb screws at the bottom of the front panel. Lift the front panel for easy access to your inverter.
Our battery covers use a 'key-hole' design on each leg where it attaches to your wall. To access your inverter all you need to do is lift and pull the cover so that the mounting screws pass through the key-hole on each leg. This allows you to remove the entire cover for easy access.
Do you make custom size covers?
No we do not make custom size covers. Instead we design our covers to suit most solar inverters and most batteries. If you have a special project in mind that requires a larger volume of covers then we are able to tailor our current designs to suit your needs.
Can solar inverters be installed outside? Can solar batteries be installed outside?
Yes. All solar inverters and solar batteries are designed be installed outside. At minimum these products come with IP65 ratings which meansthe product has the highest level of dust protection, and is able to withstand low-pressure water jets from all directions. In addition to this though, nearly all manufacturers state that your inverter or battery must be installed protected from direct sunlight. Can you cover a solar inverter? Can you cover a solar battery?
Yes. As long as the inverter has sufficient space to allow the internal fan of your inverter to continue cooling then your inverter can be covered. A fully enclosed cover will not allow your inverter to keep itself cool. Our covers are designed to allow enough space for internal cooling as well as space for electrical switches and conduits. After speaking to many of the big inverter manufacturers, the general recommendation is to maintain at least 30mm between the cover and the inverter or battery. You should also use your own discretion as to what is suitable for your own particular installation as every home is different.
Do I really need a solar inverter cover? Do I really need a battery cover?
Adding a solar inverter cover or battery cover will extend the life of your system. If your inverter or battery is installed in direct sunlight or is exposed to rain we recommend adding a cover. The best place to have your solar inverter or battery installed is inside in the garage. But that isn't always possible. When your solar is installed outside, we've got you covered.
Can you install my cover?
No we do not install your cover for you. Anyone confident with hand tools such as a handyman will be able to install our covers in 10-15 minutes. We provide very clear and easy to follow instructions with every cover showing you how to assemble and install it. In most applications you'll only need a drill for mounting on your wall and one or two small hand tools assembling the cover.
