How Our Tiered Rewards Program Works

Our rewards program is simple. Each time you place an order, it brings you closer to a new tier, unlocking bigger discounts and benefits along the way. Based on your spending over the past 12 months, you’ll be placed in one of four tiers, each offering a unique discount level.

The Tiers and Benefits:

• Bronze: Spend $1,500 or more in 12 months and enjoy 10% off every order.
• Silver: Spend $3,000 or more in 12 months and receive 12% off all orders.
• Gold: Spend $5,000 or more in 12 months and benefit from 15% off every order.
• Platinum: Spend $10,000 or more in 12 months to unlock an amazing 20% off on all orders.

How Do I  Access These Rewards?

1. Click on the yellow 'Rewards' button on the bottom left of our website
2. Create an account and make purchases up to the first threshold
3. Check you've made one of the tiers by clicking 'Member Tiers' inside the yellow 'Rewards' button
4. Click 'My Rewards' to get your discount code and apply it at checkout

What About My Previous Points

If you had points from our previous program, they are still available to be used for discounts. Just sign in as described above and click 'Redeem Points' to get your points discounts.
